PhotoMan is a Digital Photo Album that combines safety and security with easy operations.
PhotoMan is the closest thing to a real hard cover
album. You can:
Add or remove pages
Each page comes with a title, date and comments
Add as many picture to each page
Pictures of different formats can be added to the same
page
Scan a picture directly into a page
Remove pictures from apage
Add a title, date and comments for each picture
You can create as many albums as you want
Exchange albums with other users
Take the pictures out of the album and back on the hard
disk
PhotoMan has some special features:
Simple edit and annotation
Your picture are not lying all over the hard disk. No
one can accidentally delete them. They are saved inside
an Access database.
In fact with PhotoMan`s flexible security options, you
can:
Have a seperate View password for each or your albums.
This means that only people who know an album`s password
can view the album.
Have a Modify password. An album cannot be modified
without the Modify password.
You an also attach a Word of Text document to each page.
You can email your pages, along with their attachments.
PhotoMan works seamlessly with Outlook Express.
A secure system must provide for easy back-ups. Back-ups
and restoration of your albums is easy.
PhotoMan comes with its own Address Book. You can pick
up email recipients directly from the address book.
